Rullion are looking to recruit for the following role: Continious Improvement Engineer Location : Worcester Hybrid Model ASAP Start 12 months initial contract Inside IR35 £25.50 - £32.80 per hour (Additive Manufacturing) Role Overview: The Process Improvement Specialist will focus on optimizing the operational efficiency of PBF LB/M machines through data-driven methodologies. This role will require expertise in statistical analysis and a solid understanding of additive manufacturing processes. Your profile Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline Preferred - Experience essential over degree. Experience in process improvement within the manufacturing sector. Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and experience with sensitivity analysis. Familiarity with PBF LB/M machines and industrial additive manufacturing processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
