About the Role: As our client's new Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will lead the charge in developing innovative solutions to tackle inefficient processes and complex challenges across our client's busy Rail depot. Your mission? To streamline operations, unlock significant savings, and ensure smooth implementation of improvement initiatives that empower our teams.
What You'll Do:
Drive the creation, development, procurement, and implementation of ideas that enhance working practices-managing projects from concept to successful handover.
Collaborate closely as an integral part of the management team, shaping strategies that maximize operational efficiency.
Identify the biggest opportunities for cost and time savings and establish clear, achievable schedules for rolling out improvement activities.
