My client, a leading manufacturer of composite components with clients in F1, Defence, Motorsport, Aerospace, requires an experienced composite tooling design engineer for a contract role outside IR35.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Design and develop composite moulds and tooling.\n\n * Drive projects from initial concept to final design release.\n\n * Contribute to design reviews and advocate continuous improvement.\n\n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance, weight, and manufacturability targets.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Proficiency in Catia.\n\n * Deep knowledge of composite materials and tooling considerations.\n\n * Demonstrated ability to manage the full design lifecycle.\n\n * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
