We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Automation Engineer to join a fast-growing SME to support an ongoing project. Day rate: £525 per day Outside IR35 Location: Farnborough (3 to 4 days per week on-site) Clearance: Must hold or be eligible for SC; DV clearance will be required You will be working within a cross-functional team to support and enhance a secure cloud platform, focusing on automating operational processes, managing virtualised infrastructure, and ensuring system observability. Please note: This is not a QA or Test Automation role . We are looking for engineers with hands-on infrastructure, DevOps, and platform automation experience. Essential Skills & Experience Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation or Proxmox . Familiar with orchestration tools like Aria Automation Suite or Rundeck . Strong system administration background across both Windows and Linux environments. Proficient in one or more programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java ).
