This role has an indicative OUTSIDE IR35 determination therefore we can accept candidates who would like to operate through their own PSC. You will be responsible for small to medium sized building services projects to ensure plant and equipment are repaired, replaced or maintained. This will include developing briefs, design, procurement, management of stakeholders and commissioning.
