A well-established and fast-growing provider of high-voltage engineering services is seeking a Protection & Control Design Engineer or Engineering Manager to join their expanding team in Norwich.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge electrical infrastructure projects for clients in utilities, renewables, industrial, and commercial sectors across the UK.
What You'll Be Doing
* Develop detailed protection & control (P&C) designs for HV networks (11kV–400kV)
* Create and review schematics, wiring diagrams, settings, and interface documentation
* Specify and configure protection relays (e.g., Siemens, ABB, GE)
* Conduct fault analysis and protection coordination studies using ETAP, DigSILENT, or similar tools
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, DNOs, ICPs, OEMs)
