Overview

Due to expansion, a family-owned Engineering business is looking for a Control System Engineer to join their team at an exciting time of growth. The role will include travel within the UK and overseas and the successful candidate must have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle, along with a valid passport.

Role & Responsibilities

Proficient in Rockwell RSLogix5000 (or similar software), PLC, HMI and Motion control. The ideal candidate will also be capable of Electrical Design with EPlan and AutoCAD. Full Electrical Control Panel Assembly including, backplate layout and drilling, cutting trunking, cable labeling and wiring / testing. Additional skills can be gained with in-house training. The position will involve worldwide travel of up to 2 weeks at a time to support the installation of new machine designs on site. This position will suit somebody making the next move on their career ladder and further career progression. Good understanding of Machine Safety and working to a range of Standards.
