This global advanced machinery builder are seeking a skilled Control Systems Engineer with strong PLC software design and programming skills.
The main duty of the Control Systems Engineer will be to develop PLC/HMI/SCADA software programming from scratch. You will be involved on projects from concept to completion including client liaison, FDS generation, documentation, software design & development, project engineering, test & validation and commissioning. There are also opportunities to get involved with hardware design using EPLAN, Robotics, alternative languages such as VBA and C#, IoT/Industry 4.0. and travel opportunities across Europe!

Control Systems Engineer requirements:

  • Degree or HND/C level in Engineering, Computing (or similar)
  • Siemens PLC programming from scratch
  • SCADA & HMI
  • Machinery / Production line / Automated systems experience
  • Able to travel occasionally to Europe from time to time
It is not essential you have all the above skills, but extremely desirable if you do. The role is flexible and there are areas of development on offer.
