As a Controls Engineer Manager, you will lead and grow a talented engineering team, developing advanced control systems, ensuring the delivery of high-performance, reliable, and compliant control systems.

Senior Controls Engineering Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Controls Engineers.
• Oversee PLC and HMI development, primarily using Allen Bradley systems.
• Collaborate across functions including test, production, and service.
• Ensure industry standards and best practices are met.
• Support SCADA integration and customer interface development.
• Balance priorities, manage workloads, and allocate team resources.

Skills/Experience required for the Senior Controls Engineering

• Degree qualified or equivalent experience in Controls Engineering or related field.
• Proven leadership in engineering teams and projects.
• Strong PLC/HMI programming experience (Allen Bradley preferred).
• Confident reading and interpreting schematics and technical documentation.

Desirable Skills:

• Embedded C/C++ and firmware development.
• Test automation (design and/or production environments)
• Experience in a multidisciplinary production environment.
