Home, Office and Field based, 10%–20% in the field, commutable from Newark on Trent, Nottingham, Lincoln, Grantham and surrounding areas with some travel in the UK.

Are you an Electrical Design Engineer, Commissioning Engineer, PLC Programmer, Controls Engineer or similar looking to manage projects from cradle to grave and work for a renowned specialist? You will have the opportunity to progress into management and be seen as a technical expert.

This is a rare and genuinely exciting position where you will work as a technical expert on complex systems and projects, creating electrical designs and schematics with the view to progress into a Technical Manager role.

This company is known as an industry and technical expert that delivers projects to high specification and quality standards, with a view to a career-long progression as they grow over the next 5 years.

This role will suit an Electrical Design Engineer who wants a route of progression alongside the autonomy to manage their own diary and put their own specialist stamp on projects.

The Role

• Working in the Office on bespoke industrial projects, with occasional travel (~10%).
• Working as a technical expert on a range of systems, managing and delivering them from cradle to grave.
• Career prospects to become Technical Manager managing electrical design projects from concept to completion.

The Person

• Ability to design electrical systems or PLC programmes (Part Programme accepted).
• Looking for a role that will allow progression of their career.
• Looking to be seen as a task expert and to put their own stamp on projects.
