A great opportunity for a Controls Engineer to join a high-volume production site based near Wolverhampton. My client is a well-known and established company based in the heart of the midlands.

My client is looking for a Controls Engineer to join their team. This role will cover all aspects of electrical control systems and automated systems. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure production runs smoothly.

Controls Engineer Role Benefits:

* Salary £55,000

Controls Engineer Duties include:

* Day shift (8-hours).

* You will be required to support all automated production systems.

* Make improvements to production.

* Programming with Siemens S7 and TIA Portal.

* Provide support to maintenance colleagues.

* Maintain and update software backups.

Controls Engineer Requirements include:

* Recognised Engineering Qualifications.

* Knowledge of Siemens S7 and TIA Portal is essential.

* Worked with HMI’s.

* Experience working with SCADA systems. (Wincc 7.5).

* Allan Bradley programming.

* All other aspects of controls (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet).

* Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.

* AC invertors and DC drives.
