HiFyve is hiring a Controls Engineer in the automotive manufacturing industry in Cleveland, OH (Lorain County)!

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000/year

Shift: Day Shift

Location: Cleveland, OH (Lorain County)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, robotics, and automated systems Oversee preventative and predictive maintenance programs Support facility equipment (boilers, generators, compressors, etc.) Track maintenance KPIs and document PMs for audits Assist with ISO/IATF compliance and documentation Supervise and train maintenance staff as needed Ensure safety and NFPA 70 compliance Coordinate contractor work and support improvement initiatives

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

5+ years in maintenance within manufacturing Proficient in PLCs, VFDs, and control systems Strong problem-solving and communication skills Familiar with ISO/IATF standards and safety practices Able to train staff and manage technical documentation
