Qualifications and Experience
All Management and Supervisory employees will be willing to demonstrate personal abilities to GCSE level/HNC or City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent Standard. The Company recognises that this may not necessarily involve academic qualifications, but may be demonstrated in work experience and past/current performance achievements. Proven experience in maintaining machinery in a high volume production environment, is however, essential.
Experience in problem solving and programming on the following
TIA portal Wincc Wincc 7.5 Scada Logix 5, 500, Studio 5000 Switch Management Industrial/general Siemens Scalance ABB, Siemens, Nidec Inverter drives Profisafe Cad/Visio drawing software
Main Functional Responsibilities
To maintain all Operations Technology network system requirements on site Maintain backups and security of assets To ensure all necessary data recording and feedback is completed. To take the lead role in the initiative process, including identifying improvement opportunities and seeing them through to implementation. Experience working with Siemens PLC TIA, Step7, HMI, Scada, AB PLC, HMI AC inverters DC drives
