Youll be working closely with estimating, development, pre-construction, operations and factory teams to keep everything on track and profitable. What you'll do Youll take ownership of cost estimation and budgeting, forecasting future costs and creating detailed budgets for large-scale projects. Your analysis of financial and production data will help identify key cost drivers and areas where efficiency can be improved. Tracking product expenditures and cost variances will give you the chance to implement strategies that keep things within budget. Youll also support estimating with cost guidance and pricing lists, helping them produce more accurate forecasts. Leading or contributing to cost reduction initiatives will give you the platform to make a real impact on profitability. Youll collaborate with stakeholders across the board to make informed decisions about resource allocation and cost management.
