The ideal candidate will have experience working on Sellafield projects, a strong understanding of NEC contracts, and advanced analytical and reporting skills.Your PurposeSupport cost control activities across projects of varying complexity.Develop and maintain cost forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.Apply NEC contract principles in cost management and change control.Collaborate with project managers and commercial teams to ensure accurate cost reporting.Conduct data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and Visual Basic for Applications.Assist in the preparation of final accounts and cost close-out processes.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience in cost engineering or project controls.Experience managing cost functions on projects with various complexities.Strong understanding of NEC contracts.Experience working on Sellafield or similar regulated projects.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA.Proficient in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.Strong analytical and communication skills.Desirable QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related field.Professional membership or certification (e.g., ACostE, RICS, APM, MAPM).Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools.Why work for AtkinsRéalis?The UK is the first major economy to legislate for a Net Zero target by 2050.
