Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering support to the Commercial team.
• Discuss complete specifications with Engineering & Manufacturing departments.
• Understand key customers’ products and services.
• Coordinate with Commercial & Engineering to consolidate specifications and recommend configurations.
• Prepare quote packages, including drawings, cost estimates, and documentation.
• Stay informed of supplier pricing, products, and services.
• Drive the 80/20 qualification initiative for opportunities where appropriate.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customers and co-workers.
• Participate in customer support programs and development projects.
• Comply with health and safety policies.
• Support company values, including ethical conduct and integrity.

Additional Duties:

• Communicate company and product values through presentations and meetings.
• Research and report industry trends and purchasing behaviors.
• Maintain accurate activity reports.
• Participate in meetings, sales events, and training programs.
