Job Title: Critical Building Maintenance Engineer
Location: Finsbury Circus, City of London
Package: £52,000 basic
Working Hours: 4 on, 4 off – 7am to 7pm
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Maintenance Engineer to join my client’s team, covering a corporate site in the City of London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction within a critical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical & mechanical systems.
* Perform maintenance and repairs on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.
* Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, Splits, AHU/FCU’s, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.
* Monitor and manage BMS
* Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Level 3 in an Engineering related field, Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, Plumbing etc.
* Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
* Knowledge of commercial & critical building systems
* Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
