A leading company in the Facilities Management sector is seeking a Critical Mechanical Shift Engineer in Greater London, where you will play a vital role in maintaining essential mechanical systems and ensuring operational excellence.
The Role
Cover a large commercial property, providing planned and reactive maintenance.
Work on a Continental Shift basis, ensuring seamless operations round the clock.
Service, maintain, and repair various mechanical systems, including AHUs, FCUs, and pumps.
Perform general maintenance duties such as emergency light testing and fire alarm checks.
You
Hold mechanical qualifications, such as Level 2 Mechanical NVQ/C&G.
Experience in facilities maintenance or building services roles is essential.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to adapt as needed.
