Key Responsibilities

ISS are currently supporting M&E maintenance for the UBS IFM contract across the UK property portfolio.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience
-Experience in supporting all aspects of M&E building maintenance / electrical infrastructure services.
- Experience in working to and within electrical AP standard working processes and procedures. - Working knowledge of basic HVAC operations and the related Trend BMS controls systems.
- Lighting control system knowledge.
- Experience in supporting all open and closed water systems.
- Good working knowledge of water hygiene management - Demonstrates experience of working in Blue Chip environment.
Qualifications
- Electrical qualifications, AP would be useful
