Overview

Rapidly growing deep tech AI start-up, with significant investment and a blue-chip customer base, is looking to hire a Software Engineer to work as part of their customer team. Their customers apply this AI technology to solve problems in business and society, including medical diagnosis support, financial crime mitigation, autonomous vehicle safety, and advanced search and recommender systems. You will work directly with customers to help them understand and use semantic technology and the AI platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions and run workshops with customers.
• Build and present product demonstrations.
• Listen to customers’ needs and translate challenges into ideas and practical solutions using the AI technology.

Qualifications

• Experience/ability to learn knowledge-based systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science or another STEM subject.
• Strong Python coding experience.
• Prior experience with graph technologies (RDF, SPARQL, OpenCipher) desirable.
• Experience in a customer-focused role.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

This is a hybrid role; offices are in central Oxford. Employment type: Full-time.
