The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco: The GTM team defines, designs, and executes the company’s commercial strategy. The team identifies, sizes, and segments opportunities and enables sales and business development to be successful. The CSE team drives the success of our products by partnering with clients on technical implementations and building tools, processes, and automation to scale product usage. The team monitors industry trends and communicates takeaways to product, engineering, design, and other cross-functional partners to shape product direction.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both KPI and API and can combine business and engineering. You are a passionate technical strategist who deeply understands the technical underpinnings of our products and can identify long-term solutions while maintaining a view of the broader problem. You have a proven track record partnering effectively with external customers, product/engineering and sales/marketing counterparts, enabling a feedback loop and influencing long-term direction as well as day-to-day execution. You build your perspective by digging into code/data and incorporating market reality and voice of the customer. Ideal CSEs understand engineering best practices and apply them as projects progress from prototyping to global production scale, keeping speed to market and top-line growth in mind.
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
- Provide high-caliber premium implementation support to customers for our most technical Ads products
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize initiatives to scale support for the Sales team, and collect/funnel technical voice of the market to Product
- Identify, design and build tools and technical processes to increase operational efficiency for Sales and Support as well as drive Product adoption in market
- Develop points of view on technical market challenges and work with Product/Engineering to support their roadmap
Here is what you need to succeed:
- BS in Computer Science or related technical field
- 4+ years of hands-on industry experience in software development
- Excellent software development skills and fluency in at least one back-end programming language (preferably Java, C++, or Python)
- Proficiency in Javascript and Web fundamentals
- Experience in Cloud/Distributed development (e.g., AWS, GCE, GCP, BigTable, BigQuery etc.)
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills, ability to understand and troubleshoot systems and application flows, dive deep into complex problems and find root causes
- Enjoy working with, supporting, and teaching customers
- Comfortable communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluent in English
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
- [Bonus]: Experience in the adtech, performance marketing, retail media, or machine learning space
