As our Data Analytics Engineer at easyJet holidays, you’ll play a key role in making data accessible, reliable, and valuable across the business. Reporting to the Senior Data Analytics Manager, you’ll work alongside data engineers and data scientists to build robust pipelines, develop high quality visualisations, and support teams across the organisation in making informed decisions.
You’ll take ownership of building and maintaining analytical dashboards and AI tools using ThoughtSpot and Redshift, turning business needs into clear, accurate, and actionable insights. You’ll also design and refine data pipelines within our Python/Dagster ecosystem, ensuring everything is well documented, tested, and built to scale. Your work will underpin the way we understand performance, identify opportunities, and improve customer and commercial outcomes.
The role includes contributing to our DataOps tooling, improving governance, and maintaining compliance across our data estate. You’ll also support and coach others, including supplier based resource, helping to strengthen the data capability across the wider team. This is a hands on role with impact across the whole organisation, supporting our ambition to embed data into every part of how we operate.
What you’ll bring to the team

- Logical and methodical approach to problem solving, with a strong analytical background and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to shape requirements, prioritise effectively, and deliver solutions that meet business needs; comfortable managing competing demands in a fast paced environment, and able to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience guiding technical teams, sharing knowledge, and supporting others to build capability across a range of disciplines.
What’s in it for you
- Competitive base salary and an all-inclusive benefits package including a company-wide bonus scheme, 7% pension contribution, and private medical insurance.
- Share options, life assurance, and a range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
- Access to heavily discounted flights for you and your family, free easyJet Plus membership, annual holiday vouchers, and generous annual leave.
