Job Description: We are hiring a Data Cabling Engineer to join a growing team delivering structured cabling projects across commercial buildings in and around Birmingham. This is a permanent, full-time role focused on installing and testing Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fibre optic cabling in office fit-outs, schools, hospitals, retail environments, and other commercial sites. Youll be responsible for first and second fix installations, containment work, terminations and testing of copper and fibre networks. Projects are regionally based, and you'll receive paid travel and access to overtime.

Key Responsibilities: Installing Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A structured cabling systems

Installing, splicing and testing fibre optic cabling (where applicable)

Containment work: tray, basket, conduit, trunking etc.

Terminating and testing data points using Fluke or equivalent test equipment
