What you'll be doing: Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across building systems and plant Responding to BMS alarms and performing emergency repairs when needed Acting as an Authorised Person (HVAP), preparing switching schedules and ensuring safe isolation/reinstatement of HV/LV equipment Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and compliance standards Supervising subcontractors and ensuring they follow site procedures Keeping accurate maintenance records and supporting with incident response Building strong working relationships with client staff and your shift team Maintaining professional standards and delivering excellent customer service
