Datacenter Site Engineer III (Electrical/ Mechanical) The Site Engineer III is responsible for the planning and control of all day-to-day maintenance activities in cooperation with the Lead Engineer and provide leadership to the site teams, including project management for maintenance related activities. This role is critical to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliver client satisfaction, and when applicable being part of a 7x24 shift rotation. What youll do Lead in upholding company safety policies, operational efficiency, and core values. Lead the planning and execution of equipment or system switching procedures, overseeing the process to guarantee smooth transitions and minimize downtime in data center operations. Ensure strict compliance with industry standards and legal requirements. Oversee maintenance and repair activities, including coordination with subcontractors. Manage on-call duties and incident resolution as needed.
