Data Engineer Azure Databricks – Financial Services Join Guaranteed Tenants Ltd for the Data Engineer Azure Databricks Financial Services role on a Hybrid (UK) basis.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). Office options: London, Hove, Harrogate, Sheffield, Newcastle. Salary: 75-95K depending on experience (minimum 3 years). This role is part of a new data function and focuses on building a scalable platform to underpin long-term growth.

Note: This role involves hands-on work with SQL, Azure Databricks, ETL processes, and data pipelines, with emphasis on collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Help shape and build a scalable data platform to support growth.
• Hands-on work with SQL, Azure Databricks, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with teams to drive a data-driven culture and clear communication.
• Contribute to building a modern data engineering function from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience with Databricks.
• Strong SQL and ETL skills.
• Experience in Azure data services and data pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, open-runway environment without legacy data issues.
