Responsibilities

  • Building and deployingdatapipelines within the Stagecoach Integration Platform (SIP) andDataWarehouse.

  • Supporting systems to store and retrieve large volumes ofdatasecurely and efficiently.

  • Integratingdatafrom multiple sources, leveraging APIs, applications, and external systems.

  • Monitoring and improving the quality, performance, and reliability of ourdata& integrationplatform.

  • Working closely with the widerData, Analytics & Insight team to deliver end-to-enddataproducts.

  • Ensuring all solutions meet information security and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborating with colleagues across Central Functions and Operating Companies to deliverdata capabilities that support strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Experiencein Python and SQL fordataintegration andengineering.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, but Azure/GCP also welcome).

  • Knowledge ofdatawarehousing tools (e.g. Redshift, Snowflake) and concepts.

  • Understanding ofdatamodelling for efficient storage and retrieval.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences.
