Data Engineer / Database Administrator (DBA)
Location: Northern Ireland - Remote First
Eligibility: UK work authorisation required (no sponsorship available)

Join a fast-moving business at the intersection of manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce—where data plays a key role in keeping supply chains running, platforms selling, and teams informed. We're looking for a Data Engineer / DBA to help shape and support the company's data infrastructure as it grows and modernises.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing and optimising SQL Server databases across cloud and on-prem environments
• Designing automated data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and SSIS
• Creating Power BI dashboards and data models to support supply chain, finance, and operations
• Building Power Automate flows and PowerShell scripts to cut down manual effort
• Integrating systems to support smoother data exchange
• Tuning T-SQL queries, procedures, and indexes for performance
• Monitoring and maintaining system performance, reliability, and data quality

What you'll bring:

• Strong background in SQL Server development and administration
• Solid T-SQL skills with experience optimising and automating workloads
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and Power Automate
• Good understanding of ERP and e-commerce data processes
• A practical, problem-solving approach and a collaborative mindset
