We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in mechanical systems and a proven track record in maintaining and ensuring the compliance of mechanical systems in commercial environments. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems for a high-end corporate site.

Key Responsibilities:

PPM's and Reactive works HVAC Maintenance AHU's & FCU's Plumbing maintenance Update contract managers with relevant client or site information Updating site log books Provide further works reports where required Completing all works to a high standard Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasks General Building maintenance electrical or mechanical
