The Role
Planned and reactive maintenance of production equipment across mechanical and electrical disciplines Support ongoing improvement projects and lean initiatives Troubleshoot equipment faults, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions Engage in continuous learning and development to support the introduction of new technologies Work collaboratively with the wider maintenance and production teams
The Person
Level 3 qualification in Engineering (essential) Time-served apprenticeship within an industrial environment (preferred) Proven multi-skilled experience across both electrical and mechanical maintenance Knowledge or exposure to robotic systems (distinct advantage) Proactive, hands-on approach with strong fault-finding skills
