If you are motivated by our mission and want to be part of a growing team of outstanding people, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesTravelling to customer sites in Ukraine to meet users and understand their use-casesDeploying our products into customer environmentsWriting code to connect up data sources and to solve specific customer problemsInterfacing and testing with autonomous and robotic systems in the fieldIterating with customers to refine the implementation to maximise user valueCollaborating with other deployed engineers with diverse skill sets, including AI/ML, networking, and roboticsDriving a culture of excellence within the deployed team and the wider companyRequirementsA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical/scientific subjectStrong core programming skills in object oriented languages such as Python, C++ or JavaKnowledge of frameworks such as Angular or ReactFront-end development experience in TypeScript or JavaScriptA deep enthusiasm for expanding your knowledge of a diverse technology stackStrong customer-facing communication skillsWillingness to travel and work on-site with customers for a significant proportion of your timeIdeally, you would also haveUnderstanding of working on embedded / resource constrained devicesInterest with/experience in working with low-level languages such as C or RustExperience of working with legacy systemsExperience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQLExperience of machine learning applicationsPassion for/experience working with hardwareSome degree of fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, or other applicable regional languagesNoteWe want Arondite to bring together individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. This role will require the individual to hold a clearance or be willing to undergo UK security vetting to Security Check (SC) or above. This normally requires having continuous residency in the UK for at least 5 years.Office vs Hybrid workingWe are focused on building a positive, collaborative, engineering-driven culture. We therefore believe in making the office a friendly, comfortable and fun place to be, and we try to work from the office where possible. There are times when it makes sense to work from home and that\'s OK. You may also need to travel to visit customers, depending on your role.
