Were looking for a Power Electronics Engineer to join a growing engineering team, supporting the development of innovative power and control solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on the full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, while contributing to the continuous improvement of existing products.
What youll be doing
Design and development of power and control circuits (digital & analogue). Contribute to new product implementation, from schematic, layout, and testing through to approvals and delivery. Research and apply new technologies in electronics and power circuits. Prepare and present proposals at design reviews. Carry out detailed circuit design, simulation, and verification testing. Component selection and obsolescence management. Produce manufacturing packs for PCB designs. Work cross-functionally with production, test, and service teams to ensure DFx principles. Ensure product test strategy is implemented across the design process. Support and improve existing products, including firmware and hardware updates.
