A leading manufacturer of special purpose machinery based in Accrington are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their growing team!
The successful Mechanical Design Engineer will have excellent 3D CAD skills and ideally have experience designing special purpose machinery . You will have experience in Design for manufacture and working to engineering project plans. The position will involve producing drawings using CAD, BOMs and providing technical support.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious project design engineer who wants to work within a growing department where in return the company will support career development.
Mechanical Design Engineer Requirements: Degree/HNC level in Mechanical Engineering 3D CAD
Solidworks (or similar) Special Purpose Machinery design (desirable) Mechanical Design Engineer Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Company pension Health plan Death in service Company bonus scheme
