Job Responsibilities: Design and create models and drawings using SolidWorks centred on functionality, simplicity and economy to provide clear production instructions to the production department. Review Production Engineering drawings for approval, reporting and implementing required rework and production improvements Support Production Change Control in checking and processing of design Engineering drawing release and updates Identify manufacturing needs for new products indevelopment and make recommendations for improvement to manufacturing efficiency by way of removing waste from the processes.
