Feel free to reach out and apply today!Responsibilities:Provide support for Windows 10/11 desktop and laptop builds, refurbishment, and application installationsDeliver desktop/laptop support within MMD infrastructure, including resolving incidents and managing CMDB recordsTroubleshoot hardware, software, and O365 issues, and assist with user support including Exchange, printers, and Intune-managed devicesParticipate in BAU operations and support projects including device patching, antivirus deployment, and meeting room setupSkills/Must have:Proven experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments, desktops, laptops, and tablets,Hands-on experience with O365, Intune, PowerShell Scripting, and antivirus/security managementStrong problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and a customer-focused approachActive SC Clearance (mandatory) and willingness to travel across UK sites or work extended hours when requiredSalary:£220 Per day #J-18808-Ljbffr
