About the Role: A large MSP client is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to join their end client in Stoke-On-Trent for a 2 week contract. You will be the first point of contact for technical support, helping staff with hardware, software, and network issues.

Key Responsibilities: Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications. Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner. Support basic network connectivity issues. Escalate complex problems to senior engineers when needed.
