This 100% onsite role focused on delivering first-class technical support to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity. You will handle troubleshooting, device management, IT moves, and user support across a variety of technologies. Key Responsibilities Provide L1 support for hardware, software, Windows 10, VPNs, printers, mobile devices, and Office apps. Build, deploy, and manage laptops/desktops (Microsoft Managed Devices). Troubleshoot network, application, and conference room device issues. Manage incidents, update tickets, and maintain asset inventory. Support VIP users and handle vendor coordination. Configure Azure accounts, Teams admin settings, and Intune policies. Perform IT desk moves, patching, meeting room setup, and device retirement.
