This 100% onsite role focused on delivering first-class technical support to end-users, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity. You will handle troubleshooting, device management, IT moves, and user support across a variety of technologies. Key Responsibilities Provide L1 support for hardware, software, Windows 10, VPNs, printers, mobile devices, and Office apps. Build, deploy, and manage laptops/desktops (Microsoft Managed Devices). Troubleshoot network, application, and conference room device issues. Manage incidents, update tickets, and maintain asset inventory. Support VIP users and handle vendor coordination.
