Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems (Windows/macOS), applications, and network connectivity. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in active directory and other systems. Collaborate with remote IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, asset inventory, and technical procedures. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards. Support video conferencing systems and meeting room technologies. Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees, including equipment setup and recovery.
