Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrable experience with Linux and Unix, including Bash, AWK, SED and grep.
- Knowledge and experience of GNU utilities.
- Ability to make and act on decisions under pressure.
- Experience with distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of networking, including host and preferably media layers.
- Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate concisely, both verbally and written.
