Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for a Diagnostic and Testing Lead Engineer to be based at our customers site in Crewe. Our Engineering Research and Development department (ER&D) is a fast-growing function within Tata Technologies Limited that is assembled to work on exciting projects globally for multiple customers. It comprises highly specialized engineers across Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Heavy Machinery. The Role: The role involves developing and implementing vehicle End-of-Line (EOL) test routines and processes to validate electrical systems during manufacturing. Responsibilities include managing EOL test equipment, improving First Time Through (FTT) rates, and collaborating with multidisciplinary engineers to create scalable validation procedures. The role also involves identifying and resolving issues during vehicle bring-up and EOL testing, developing engineering tools for software flashing and diagnostics, and providing on-site support to manufacturing partners for troubleshooting and sensor calibration.
