Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Digital Workplace Engineer who has a deep understanding of industry best practices for desktop and mobile management and a proven track record of maturing environments.

You will own the design and implementation of scalable provisioning and management workflows—covering device enrolment, application deployment, compliance policies and user support. Strong communication skills are essential for documenting processes, explaining technical changes and guiding stakeholders toward a consistent, reliable user experience.

What will you do?

Reporting to the Infrastructure and Security Operations Manager, you will assess our existing device and application landscape, identify gaps against established benchmarks, and develop solution designs to close those gaps. You will implement configuration profiles, compliance policies, and automated deployment processes, then validate their effectiveness through performance metrics and user feedback.

As the primary contact for end-user support, you will also capture recurring issues to inform continuous refinements, ensuring our End-User Computing capability evolves in line with business needs.
