Base pay range

London, England, United Kingdom £38,000.00-£45,000.00

What you’ll do

• Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and inspection work on equipment within the 28-day purchase warranty window.
• When repairs cannot be carried out on the spot, arrange for faulty equipment to be replaced or for further parts to be supplied to arrange a suitable fix.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Ensure standards are adhered to for all repair and support activities.
• Work closely with your administrator to ensure a smooth and seamless process from start to finish.
• Inventory management: manage spare parts, van stock, equipment and tools.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer support and act as a brand evangelist for Samsung Electronics UK.

Experience and skills

• Excellent understanding of speed, quality, controls, measures, and procedures.
• Ability to support customers with all their needs in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers.
