Role Overview:

Attend domestic boiler breakdowns across SE London

Complete diagnostics and repairs efficiently and to a high standard

Work to SORs (Schedule of Rates) – high earners consistently exceed £55K+

*

Focused postcode working – reduced travel, more jobs completed locally

*

Strong back-office support and well-organised scheduling

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in boiler breakdown and diagnostics

*

Social housing experience preferred

*

Strong first-time fix rate and fault-finding skills essential

*

ACS: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Clean DBS
