Domestic Gas Engineer

Up to £50k Basic Salary - (Overall Package £60k+) + Company Van + 25 Days Holiday + Benefits

Location - South West London - Chelsea - Kensington

We are currently seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to join one of our clients - who have built a superb reputation within the property maintenance industry and transformed how trades are delivered to the residential property market.

Our client are known for providing a quality 5 star service and work in some of the smartest high-end, and luxury properties throughout the South West London and West London area.

Summary:

We're looking for a qualified Domestic Gas Engineer to handle a variety of work including boiler repairs, maintenance, servicing, and breakdowns on a range of domestic gas boilers and heating systems.

Majority of work is all around the West London and South West London area, areas such as Kensington, Chelsea and Holland Park. Working in high-end properties.

What We're Looking For:

At least 5 years of experience as a Qualified Domestic Gas Engineer (more is a bonus)

Gas Safe Registered, holding relevant ACS Domestic Gas certificates such as; CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1

Must live within commuting distance of Chelsea or South West London.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

Salary and Package:

Generous and transparent package:

£45,000-£50,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Monthly productivity bonus (£5,000+ potential)

Quarterly profit share (up to £2,000/year)

Overtime and enhanced out-of-hours rates

4 Day working week in Summer months

25 days holiday + public holidays
