Join Our Team with Skills that Drive Innovation and Social Impact You will Hold a valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points Hold the Right to Work in the UK Minimum of 2 year’s qualified experience of servicing, fault finding and diagnosis of both Oil and Gas fired domestic appliances and heating systems Be ACS qualified, including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, & CKR1 Be OFTEC accredited in 0FT10-101, OFT10-105e, OFT10-600a HETAS (Solid Fuel), LPG and Unvented preferable but not essential - Upskill Potential Coach and support colleagues within the team Attend problem jobs and be the escalation point to provide successful customer outcomes Exhibit knowledge of all procedures and safety measures to PH Jones and British Gas standards whilst offering excellent customer service PH Jones was formed in 1963 and has continued to grow through the provision of excellent customer service, high quality delivery and an unrivalled focus on customer care.
