Overview We are looking for a full-time PAYE Door Entry/Access Control Service & Maintenance Engineer. Company van and fuel card provided. Responsibilities
Servicing and maintenance of access control/door entry systems such as Pac, Entrotec Replacing handsets Replacing panels Diagnosing and repairing faults Providing the highest level of customer care and maintaining a positive external perception of the company Complying with company procedures and policies to ensure smooth delivery of our service Producing reports on time and to agreed standards Adhering to the company’s quality management system and recycling correctly and responsibly
Qualifications
UK Driving Licence (required) At least 1 year’s experience in Door Entry/Access Control Service and Maintenance
Required Skills
Experience in the installation, configuration and maintenance of access control and door entry systems Basic IT skills UK Driving Licence
Preferred Skills
Quality focused with good attention to detail Fault finding Experience working with Entrotec and PAC products Experience working in social housing
Schedule Monday – Friday 08:00am–5:00pm with 1 hour lunch break Benefits

Role context Our Door Entry/Access Control Service & Maintenance Engineer role will involve working in both the social housing sector as well as some commercial properties. You will report to the Contracts Manager and act as the first point of contact between the business and our client.
