Door Entry/Access Control Service & Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a full-time PAYE Door Entry/Access Control Service & Maintenance Engineer. COMPANY VAN AND FUEL CARD PROVIDED.

Responsibilities

  • Servicing and maintenance of access control/door entry systems such as Pac, Entrotec
  • Replacing handsets
  • Replacing panels
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults
  • Providing the highest level of customer care and maintaining a positive external perception of the company
  • Complying with company procedures and policies to ensure smooth delivery of our service
  • Producing reporting on time and to agreed standards
  • Adhering to the company quality management system and recycling correctly and responsibly

Qualifications

  • UK Driving License (required)
  • Experience: at least 1 year in Door Entry/Access Control Service & Maintenance
  • Experience in installation, configuration and maintenance of access control and door entry systems
  • Basic IT skills

Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Entrotec and PAC products (preferred)
  • Experience in social housing (preferred)
  • Fault finding and attention to detail (preferred)
  • Good written and oral communication; capable of acting as an ambassador for the company

Schedule

Monday - Friday 08:00am-5:00pm with 1 hour lunch break

Our Door Entry/Access Control Service & Maintenance Engineer role involves working in both the social housing sector and some commercial properties. You will report to the Contracts Manager and act as the first point of contact between the business and our client, requiring good communication and a high level of technical knowledge across the fire industry.
