Role: 2nd Line Storage Support Engineer Location: Basingstoke Job Description: We are seeking a 2nd Line Storage Support Engineer to join our team, working alongside 2nd and 3rd Line engineers. Your responsibilities will include assisting a high-profile user community, maintaining daily contact with customers and stakeholders, and utilizing the IT Service Management Toolset. Monitoring Event Management tools, triage, and escalation are critical aspects of this role. Required Skills:
