Overview

We're seeking an experienced DV Cleared Systems Engineer to support secure IT programmes of national importance. This role covers the full life cycle - from requirements analysis through to design, testing, and validation - in a dynamic, client-facing consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to define and manage clear, testable requirements.
• Shape delivery strategies, produce architecture models, and technical designs.
• Develop and execute test and integration plans.
• Support delivery across multiple project stages.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to practice development.

Qualifications

• Strong background in requirements management and verification/validation.
• Knowledge of MBSE (ArchiMate, UML, SysML) and requirements tools (eg DOORS).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable: Cyber, secure system design, MOD frameworks, Agile experience, consultancy background.

Package: £65-80k + 10% bonus + car allowance + Above average pension + private medical
